- Class action for racial discrimination in hiring, promotions, pay and other terms and conditions of employment on behalf of a class of African-American employees. Gerald Miller served as co-counsel for the class. The case was settled for $1.5 million and other relief for the class to ensure non-discriminatory hiring, promotions and pay practices.
- Jury verdict for Plaintiff against her employer for age discrimination for failure to hire and termination. Plaintiff recovered back pay, liquidated damages, attorney's fees and expenses and reinstatement to her employment.

United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama
- Jury verdict for a firefighter for the City of Montgomery, for placing him on leave and terminating him in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. The City was ordered to reinstate the firefighter to his employment and a Final Judgment exceeding $500,000 was entered.
Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama
- Jury verdict of $125,000 against State Farm under the clients underinsured motorist insurance policy, to compensate for injuries received in an automobile accident.
- Jury verdict for false arrest against off-duty police officer and his employer.
